The Training Facilitation Audit is an evaluation of a trainer/facilitator’s effectiveness in the classroom. Observations would include the trainer’s IQ/EQ/PQ. The assessment includes, but is not limited to: clear communication, presence, thought provoking questioning, time management, adaptability, program materials, rapport building, energizing, fostering collaboration, and emotional intelligence. Then you will receive a comprehensive recommendations package including: evaluation of observations, recommendations for improvement, and best practices.
