We conduct interviews with training leaders, trainers, and employees who have participated in training, review learning objectives, training materials, and class evaluations, and observe training sessions. Based on our findings, we provide comprehensive recommendations, including a gap analysis and best practices. We also include check-ins to provide additional support as needed.
